If you do not show up or cancel without rescheduling, the deposit will be charged to the card on file. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect our schedule and availability. Cancellation Policy
All services at WrapLab Studio are by appointment only, and your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email. Before booking, customers must know ,how long their service takes and must agree to the required vehicle drop-off time. Tint takes 2–5 hours, underglow 4–7 hours, star-light headliners 8–96 hours, and full wraps 3–6 days. Most services require the vehicle to stay at our shop until fully completed. A non-refundable deposit is required for wraps, commercial prints, star lights, and any service where materials are ordered. Materials are purchased specifically for your vehicle and can’t be changed or refunded after ordering. Designs and colors must be approved before scheduling. Vehicles must arrive clean, with personal items removed. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or any no-show (arriving 15+ minutes late or not answering messages) will result in a 10% fee and loss of deposit. Missed appointments may require a $25 rebooking fee. After two no-shows, we may decline future bookings. Prices listed online or by text are estimates and may vary depending on material, vehicle condition, removal of old vinyl or tint, and custom work. WrapLab Studio provides a 1-year installation warranty for full wraps covering lifting or peeling, but it does not cover accidents, scratches, brush car washes, pressure washer damage, or issues caused by low-quality paint or customer-supplied vinyl. By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to this policy, understand the service duration, accept the deposit rules, agree for your vehicle to stay the required time, and acknowledge that materials are non-refundable.
