Welcome to Wrap Lab Studio. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or purchasing products from Wrap Lab Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Wrap Lab Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides vehicle wraps, window tinting, star headliner installs, decals, and related automotive customization services.

By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements.

2. Appointments & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit unless stated otherwise.
Deposits secure your appointment date and cover material orders.
If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.
Prices may vary depending on vehicle condition, size, and requested materials.

3. Vehicle Condition Requirements

To ensure quality installation, vehicles must be:

Clean and free of dirt, wax, sap, tar, or ceramic coating
Free of rust, peeling paint, dents, or major body damage

Wrap Lab Studio is not responsible for wrap failure due to poor paint quality or aftermarket paint jobs.

If additional cleaning or paint correction is needed, extra fees may apply.

4. Installation, Materials & Warranty

4.1 Wrap Warranty

Our installations come with a 1-year warranty covering:

Peeling
Lifting
Bubbles caused by installation errors

Warranty does not cover:

Rock chips
Accidents or car washes
Physical damage
Negligence
Extreme heat exposure
Failure caused by damaged paint or rust

4.2 Material Warranty

Material warranty is provided by each manufacturer (3M, Avery, KPMF, Vvivid, etc.) and varies by brand.

Material defects must be inspected and approved by the manufacturer.

5. Color & Design Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and lighting.
Wrap Lab Studio is not responsible for color differences between printed proofs and physical materials.
Once a design is approved by the customer, changes cannot be made without additional fees.

6. Removal Policy

Wrap Lab Studio is not responsible for:

Paint peeling
Clear coat damage
Rust removal
Body filler issues

Such issues may occur during removal on older vehicles or vehicles with poor-quality paint.

7. Payments

Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and approved financing options.
Unpaid balances may result in the vehicle being held until resolved (Utah vehicle lien rights apply).

8. Turnaround Time

Wrap installations typically require 4 –7 business days.
Window tinting: same day.
Star headliners: 1–3 days.

Times may vary depending on complexity, weather, material availability, or unforeseen issues.

9. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

Copy or steal content, designs, or images
Attempt to hack, damage, or overload the site
Use the site for fraudulent or illegal activity

We may update or remove content at any time.

10. Liability

Wrap Lab Studio is not liable for:

Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
Delays caused by material shortages, weather, or shipping
Damage caused by pre-existing paint or structural issues

Customers must remove valuables before dropping off the vehicle.

11. Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide (name, phone number, vehicle info) is only used for:

Booking
Contact
Service updates

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
